Where is St. Luke's Family Medical Group located?

Our medical office is located at 1700 McHenry Village Way, Suite 2. It is the far-east end of McHenry Village behind Keller's.

What are your office hours?

Our office is open regular business days (except Wednesdays) from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:30 to 5:00 PM. The walk-in clinic is closed the weeks of Christmas through New Year and the week following Easter.  Benefactors may schedule their own same-day appointments on our website. If you come to the office with an urgent need but without an appointment, we will work to see you as soon as possible, but realize that there may be a bit of a wait while we see previously scheduled patients.

What about after-hours and holidays?

Our goal is to be available when needed, and if a Benefactor is not able to get into our office during normal hours, we will work with them to find a mutually available time. Appointments on Wednesdays, weekends, evenings or holiday are available by special arrangement with the on-call doctor. For emergencies we are available to Benefactors 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

What if I need medication refills after normal office hours?

The best way to get medication refills is to request it through your pharmacy; we are in electronic communication with them every day. If a patient has discovered they are unexpectedly out of medication outside of office hours, they can contact us for refills to avoid missing a dose.
