As a St. Luke's Family Practice benefactor, you have direct access to your physician in person or by phone, fax or email. Smaller doctor-patient ratios allow for same day service. St. Luke's Family Practice uses technology to keep costs down, track your personal health history and allow state-of-the-art information sharing.
Our Benefactor Patient Portal provides secure encrypted email that is compliant with HIPAA regulations. Direct phone access to the doctor, voice mail messaging and fax is also available. Benefactors are kindly asked to remember our physicians have families also. Your care is very important to us and the best time to discuss ongoing medical concerns is 8:30 to 5:30. Of course, our physicians are available 24/7 for any emergency plus weekends and holidays for urgent care.
St. Luke’s limits each provider to 300 Benefactor. This is set in order to maintain the availability and care to our Benefactors as well as our primary mission of providing care to the uninsured. Once the Benefactor limit has been reached, people wishing to become patients will be placed on a waiting list.
