David Gingerich

Position: President

Business: President, Gingerich Insurance
Education: United State Marine Corps, 1998-2006. Served in Russia and Tanzania protecting United States Embassies

Background: Professionally, David joined his dad in the insurance business after being honorably discharged from the Marines as a Staff Sergeant.  He focuses on employee benefits and life insurance. David is very active in church leadership at Covenant Grove Church in Modesto.  He is currently serving on the Modesto Rotary Board and the Modesto Chamber of Commerce Boards.

Davis is married to Nicole, has two sons, Asher and Anson.  
He loves the coast and Disneyland.

John Schneider

Position: Treasurer

Business:  Chief Financial Officer, Prime Shine Car Wash
Education:  BA Accounting, Fort Lewis College, 1987, Magna Cum Laude, Certified Public Accountant (Inactive)

Background: In almost thirty years of professional life, John has held a number of accounting related positions in Public Accounting, Corporate Audit, Operations, and Executive Management. He has had wide exposure to diverse industries including several different manufacturers, consumer products, wholesale products, banking and cable television.

John currently serves as the board president for Stanislaus Partners in Education and is a member of the Modesto Rotary Club where he has chaired or served on multiple committees.  John is active in leadership at Wellspring Anglican Church in Modesto.

John is married to Cindy, has two adult sons – Josef and James – two Border Collies and 1 ½ cats.  He enjoys exercise, hiking, golf and is an admitted beer snob.

James W. Bray

Background: Mr. Bray has been involved in the building development and construction industry for over 23 years. Having recently acquired a majority ownership in his family corporate holdings, Mr. Bray is continuously looking for opportunities to return the good fortune to the community that has been his lifelong residence.

Mr. Bray and his wife Caroline along with their 6 children are avid baseball fans who have traveled across the western United States “just to watch a game”. The family regularly attends Holy Family Catholic Church.

Jesse Hernandez

Background: Jesse has been involved in the nursery industry since 1984.  What started out as a part-time summer job as a junior in high school at Escalon High, became a passion over the years to come.  A graduate of Modesto Junior College, and continuing to Fresno State University.  After 3 years of managing Monterey Bay Nursery in Watsonville CA, he returned to manage Morris Wholesale Nursery in 1994 before purchasing it in 2006.  He and his wife, Kathy have a daughter, Camila.

Matthew Anderson

Position: Director

Business: Senior Loan Officer, Yosemite Farm Credit

Education: B.A. Organizational Communication, Communication and Agriculture, CSU Stanislaus 2002

Background: Matthew was born in Sacramento and raised on a small cattle and sheep ranch in Acampo.  Matthew attended San Joaquin Delta Junior College and received his A.A. degree in 1999 and graduated from CSU, Stanislaus with B.A. in Organizational Communication in 2002.

Matthew has been involved in the banking industry since 2006 primarily in agriculture and small business lending.  His career started in California and then his family moved totheMidwest for 7 years and returned back the Central Valley at the end of 2016.

Matthew and his family regularly attend Escalon Covenant Church in Escalon.

Matthew is married to Christie and they have 2 children, Emily and Andrew.  The family is very active in the breeding, selling and showing of registered purebred sheep on a nation-wide basis.

Donna Masellis

Position: Board Member

Education: Modesto Junior College

Background: A lifelong resident of Modesto, Donna Masellis attended Modesto Adventist Elementary School and Academy as well as MJC.  She worked in multiple positions for local doctors per diem while raising three children.  Later in life she started her own business as a Broker/Owner of Masellis Insurance Services, focusing on Small Group Employee Benefits.  She has served on church committees, community projects through Garden Club as well as Soroptimist, etc.  She enjoys being a part of the community where she grew up.

Donna loves time with the family and is married to Vito Masellis and has three adult married children as well as four grandchildren.  Living on small acreage for 40 years has made her an avid gardener in her spare time.  Donna loves the outdoors and tries to escape to the beauty of different places as often as possible.

Ross Lee

Background: Born in Modesto, and raised on a dairy and almond farm.  1980 graduate of Modesto High School.  Parishioner at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church, involved as Eucharistic minister, Lector, and Catechist.  Past President of Modesto Rotary, nine years on the Board of Community Hospice.

Law practice is business, corporate, and transactional practice with emphasis in agricultural clients.

Married to Gina since 1988, two college-aged daughters, Jenna Rose at Cal Poly SLO, Caroline at Modesto Junior College.

Enjoys farming, travel, ministry, reading, and the San Francisco Giants.
