Jesse Hernandez

Background: Jesse has been involved in the nursery industry since 1984.  What started out as a part-time summer job as a junior in high school at Escalon High, became a passion over the years to come.  A graduate of Modesto Junior College, and continuing to Fresno State University.  After 3 years of managing Monterey Bay Nursery in Watsonville CA, he returned to manage Morris Wholesale Nursery in 1994 before purchasing it in 2006.  He and his wife, Kathy have a daughter, Camila.



Mike Hicks

Position: Treasurer/CFO

Business: Owner, Michael Hicks, CPA

Education: BS Business Administration with a concentration in accounting, CSU Stanislaus, 2005, Manga Cum Laude; MS in Taxation, Golden Gate University, 2019; Certified Public Accountant

Background: Michael lives and takes pride in his hometown of Modesto.  He’s worked in the accounting industry for the past 15 years at various CPA firms in the central valley.  In 2018 he created his own firm where he caters to his client’s business and tax needs.  Michael and his wife Anna have four children.  His other passions include his Catholic faith, hiking, and backpacking.



James W. Bray

Position: Board Member

Education: BS Business Management, CSU Stanislaus 1999, Magna Cum Laude, Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society, CSU Stanislaus Chapter Charter Member

Background: Mr. Bray has been involved in the building development and construction industry for over 23 years. Having recently acquired a majority ownership in his family corporate holdings, Mr. Bray is continuously looking for opportunities to return the good fortune to the community that has been his lifelong residence.

Mr. Bray and his wife Caroline along with their 6 children are avid baseball fans who have traveled across the western United States “just to watch a game”. The family regularly attends Holy Family Catholic Church.



Norma Dominguez-Pamplona

Position: Board Member
Business: F&M Bank
Education: Pacific Coast Banking School at University of Washington
Background: Norma was born in Southern California, where she was raised on the family ranch in the Chino Valley. Her family raised livestock and was in the cattle industry. She relocated to the Central Valley in 2005 to raise her daughters and be closer to her parents. Norma has been in the banking industry for over 30 years, primarily in Treasury Management within the commercial banking division. Her career started in Southern California and with her relocation she had the opportunity to hold related positions with banks serving the Central Valley. Norma has consulted with various size of businesses, non-profits, and municipalities to assist in identifying solutions to support their cash cycle. She has served in various positions at Our Lady of Fatima Parish and School, she was awarded the Parish Ministry Leader by the Bishop of Catholic Diocese Stockton and is a past member of Stockton Delta Rotary. Norma has two daughters; Celeste, serving in the United States Army Reserve and attending Modesto Junior College; and Carissa, a senior at Enochs High School. She loves adventures with her partner Gerald and their kids, such as; traveling, hiking, camping, entertaining, and spending time with family and friends. Contact:

Ross Lee

Background: Born in Modesto, and raised on a dairy and almond farm.  1980 graduate of Modesto High School.  Parishioner at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church, involved as Eucharistic minister, Lector, and Catechist.  Past President of Modesto Rotary, nine years on the Board of Community Hospice.

Law practice is business, corporate, and transactional practice with emphasis in agricultural clients. Married to Gina since 1988, two college-aged daughters, Jenna Rose at Cal Poly SLO, Caroline at Modesto Junior College. He enjoys farming, travel, ministry, reading, and the San Francisco Giants.
